What is PushGo™?
PushGo is a fully pre-programmed, plug-and-play meeting room solution. It includes everything you need to set up a functional AV system in any meeting space—right out of the box. No programming or technical expertise is required.
Do I need to program anything to use PushGo™?
No, all PushGo systems are fully pre-programmed and ready to use. Simply connect the components, power the system on, and you’re good to go. Custom programming is available if specific adjustments are needed.
Can programming be modified after the system has shipped?
Yes, while every PushGo system is fully pre-programmed before shipment for quick and easy deployment, additional programming or adjustments can be made after delivery if needed. Please note that post-shipment changes may require additional time and may incur extra costs depending on the scope of customization.
What is included in every PushGo™ package?

Which online meeting platforms is PushGo™ compatible with?
The PushGo Vail system’s Huddle-CAM-500 integrates seamlessly with popular conferencing platforms including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, GotoMeeting, Webex, and others. No additional setup or configuration is required.
Can I use my own cameras or displays?
Yes, PushGo supports most Customer Furnished Equipment (CFE), allowing you to connect your existing PTZ cameras and displays. The system is designed for straightforward integration with third-party devices. To ensure proper integration, please provide the brand, model, and control connection type of your equipment at the time of order so we can pre-program your system accordingly.
What does BYOD mean?
BYOD stands for Bring Your Own Device. It refers to the ability to connect a personal laptop, tablet, or smartphone to the meeting room system to share content or run a video conference. PushGo packages that support BYOD provide both wired and wireless input options for maximum flexibility.

How long does it take to install PushGo™?
Depending on which package you select, installation typically takes anywhere from less than one hour to approximately a half day. All components are pre-wired and pre-tested for fast setup. Just unpack, connect, and power on—no special tools or AV expertise required.
Can PushGo™ be scaled for larger rooms?
Yes, PushGo is scalable and can be adapted for use in larger spaces, including executive boardrooms, classrooms, and multi-purpose presentation areas.
Is the user interface customizable?
Each PushGo system includes a pre-designed, intuitive interface on the iCON-T10 touch controller featuring your brand logo—simply provide your logo at the time of order. Custom interface designs or enhanced functionality are available upon request for an additional cost.
Do I need a technician or installer?
No technical expertise is required for installation. PushGo is designed for self-installation. However, professional setup and advanced customization services are available through our network of certified integrators.
Does PushGo™ come with warranty and support?
Yes, all PushGo systems are covered under PureLink’s standard 5-year warranty, and cabling includes lifetime warranty.
