Complimentary Advance Replacements
ALL PureLink™ products will be eligible for advance replacement, no matter their age, regardless if you have a service package with us or NOT.
Expedited Replacements on Non-PureLink Products
Even if you are having a problem with another manufacturer’s product, we will troubleshoot and help resolve the issue. If the issue can’t be resolved, we will send an expedited replacement PureLink™ product at a 10% discount, with specs as close as possible to the product you are having a problem with.

Enhanced Test Drive Program on All HDTools™ Products
Evaluate any of our HDTools™ products for an extended time frame of 60 days free of charge.

4.No restocking fee will be applied to products returned within the time frame of the Test Drive promotion unless the product is in no condition for resale.
