The VIP-EXT-T400-2 Wallplate Extender System is a 4K60 HDMI & USB/KM AV over IP Encoder Wallplate with the VIP-T400-D 4K60 scaling decoder, delivering high-quality UltraHD/4K60 4:4:4 HDR video, USB, and high-res audio point-to-point extension up to 394ft (120m) via Cat6a direct connect, or 788 ft (240m) over 1G networks. The VIP-EXT-T400-2 Wallplate Extender System is plug and play, and can be used both on a network, and direct connection between the encoder and decoder without the need of a network.  Additional encoders and decoders can be added at any time to convert the VIP-EXT-T400-2 Wallplate Extender System in to a distribution, switching or matrix solution, providing incredible versatility and expansion capabilities.

Additionally, the VIP-T400-E-WP provides thorough diagnostics from its own API, and can be accessed by many popular control systems when connected through a network, such as PureLink’s iCON™ Control/Automation platform,  as well as modules/plugins for Crestron and Q-SYS .
